Information we collect
When you email Cupid Images or submit the project intake form, we may receive:
- Your name, email address, optional telephone number, and ZIP code.
- Details about your photographs or other media, the approximate size of the collection, your preferred output, and the outcome you want.
- Deadlines or timing connected with a move, estate, memorial, or family event.
- How you heard about Cupid Images and information you choose to include in an inquiry.
The current intake form does not request payment information, photographs, or file uploads. Website infrastructure may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an internet address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps. Cupid Images does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to:
- Respond to your questions and project request.
- Assess the collection, recommend an appropriate service, and prepare an estimate or proposal.
- Plan and administer a project you choose to begin.
- Maintain business records and protect the integrity of our website and intake process.
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We do not use intake information for marketing email unless you provide separate consent.
How information is shared
We may provide information to trusted service providers that support website delivery, form collection, email, file storage, and ordinary business operations. They receive information only to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
When you follow the project intake link, you leave the Cupid Images website and use a third-party form service. That provider may separately process service and technical information under its own terms. This notice describes how Cupid Images uses the responses it receives.
How long we keep information
If an inquiry does not become a project, we delete the inquiry information within 12 months. For completed projects, submitted digital files and working materials are kept for 60 days after final delivery to address delivery problems or agreed corrections, then deleted during routine cleanup. Physical originals are returned through the agreed project handoff and are not retained afterward. Relevant administrative and accounting records may be kept longer when reasonably needed to maintain business records, resolve questions, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Cupid Images by emailing hello@cupidimages.com. We may need to confirm the request and may retain information when required for an active project, business records, or legal obligations.
Changes to this notice
If our intake process or information practices change, we will update this notice and revise the effective date above.
